The Brick Lane project required the demolition of existing structures, as well as the construction a part 7 and part 3-storey mixed-use building. Designed by award-winning architects, Dickson Rothschild, the building comprised of 6 ground floor commercial tenancies and 50 residential units. Residents can also take advantage of secure underground parking with lift access. Externally, the building boasts contemporary finishes that combine sleek glass balustratdes, off-form concrete, brick, and black window frames. Furthermore, the rooftop terraces provide stunning views of the area, along with BBQ facilities and recreation opportunities.
