Completed in July 2016, the Waitara project consisted of the demolition of an existing structure and construction of a 9-storey residential flat building comprising 54 units and basement parking. The development was architecturally designed and combined contemporary styling with refined sophistication. Each apartment featured generous and spacious living zones, oversized bedroom areas, balconies and storage. Furthermore, contemporary detailing and the fit-out of quality appliances ensured residents benefitted from a space that evoked a sense of space, light and sophistication.
