The Scenic

The Scenic project in Rockdale required the demolition of existing structures and subsequent construction of a 9-storey residential flat building. Located just 550m from Rockdale train station, the property contains 60 apartment units, basement parking, and open communal space on the rooftop. The development is also elevated towards the north-west, allowing for the maximisation of natural sunlight and cross ventilation. Furthermore, the unique combination of building elements, textures, colours and materials allow the property to subtly merge into surrounding scenery.
